Del's record speaks for itself; in the last ten years he has been involved in the sale of over 4000 apartment units in Saskatchewan. Del has the sales experience and market connections to ensure the best price for your property. His database contains all apartment properties in the Saskatoon area. Del is also President of Norsask Mortgage Brokers Ltd, a company that has arranged over $500 million in funding requirements in Saskatchewan in the last 26 years. Using his vast network of funding sources he has arranged financing for acquisitions, new construction, refinancing and working capital in the commercial market place.
Grant has lived and worked his entire career in Saskatchewan. In 2000 he entered the real estate industry following a diverse twenty-seven year career in the financial services sector. In 2002 he purchased a franchise real estate office and re-sold it in 2005. His real estate business has continually grown and he has received awards for sales volume. In 2005 and 2006 he served as President of the Board of Directors for Prince Albert Real Estate Board and was selected as the region’s representative as director on the provincial real estate Association. His real estate experience includes sales of all types of properties including commercial, investment, recreational and residential. Grant has contracted work as a facilitator for strategic planning sessions with various organizations throughout the Province. He has been an active community supporter serving on city committees, a town councilor, a board member for Habitat for Humanity, consultant for affordable housing project and coached minor sports.
